If you would like to cancel your order before we ship it to you, the sooner you let us know the better, ideally before 2pm on the day you placed your order. Call us on (01285) 658404. Please note, we cannot guarantee we can cancel any orders once they have been placed - once the labels have been created and the item passed to our couriers it's impossible - but we will do our best before these steps have been taken. In busy periods, around 'Black Friday' for instance, cancelling an order will likely be very difficult. If we have already shipped your item we will, of course, still accept a return but the postage costs and responsibility pass to the customer.

We are often asked if we can order in a an item specifically for a customer, and as a general rule if we can help, we will. Realistically, however, it can be quite difficult ordering in a one off item. Mostly our stock is pre-ordered from suppliers up to a year in advance. If there is something you really want though, drop us a line on info@thirtysixstore.co.uk and we'll see what we can do. Regrettably, we cannot order in any items that have been reduced in price.

Different brands use different size scales, and we try to list these on the individual listing for the item.

Jeans will have two main sizes, a waist size and a leg length. If you are unsure what size you usually wear, a good starting point is to get your favourite pair of jeans, lay them flat, and then take some measurements across the waistband and inseam (from the crotch to the hem). You can also measure the thigh, knee and hem to get a better idea of the fit. If you then email these dimensions to chris@thirtysixstore.co.uk, our resident denim-head, he can either send you a few suggestions through or compare your size to the jeans you were interested in.
