Delivery

We offer two main UK delivery services - Standard Delivery (2-3 day delivery service) and Express Next Working Day Delivery, and for local customers we offer a Click and Collect service.

Standard Delivery will aim for delivery within 2-3 working days and is our default UK delivery option. This option may require a signature on arrival and your individual tracking code will be uploaded to your account on despatch. Please note, this is a delivery aim and not to be taken as a guarantee. Please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us for delayed items.

Express Delivery will aim to deliver before 4pm the next working day if your payment clears before 4pm on the day of your order and will require a signature on arrival. If your payment does not clear with us by 4pm, the item cannot be shipped the same day. This service covers 99% of the UK - if your address is not eligible for this service you will be informed as soon as possible after we have received your order.

Please note, our Express Delivery service does not include Saturday delivery or Saturday shipping. This means that any order purchased with cleared payment after 4pm on a Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday, or in the case of a Bank Holiday the following Tuesday, for delivery the next working day. As we use Royal Mail as our delivery partner for next-day delivery, if Royal Mail temporarily suspend this service we will also need to do so without prior notice. In this instance, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible.

Click and Collect orders will be available for collection the day after ordering your item - please drop into our Cirencester store between 12-4pm with your order confirmation (either printed, or on your device). If you need the item the same day as ordered, please call us in advance as some items are stored off-site.

European and International Orders

UPDATE 25th JANUARY:

We have, we great regret, currently suspended our international shipping service until further notice due to rising costs out of our control due to Brexit.

We have a great deal of experience in shipping abroad and offer two main international postage options - one for Europe and one for the Rest of the World. Both use a 'Tracked' service that will require a signature on delivery. The time of international delivery will vary greatly on your location, if you would like more specific guidance please contact us to prior to your order. All purchases outside of the EU will need to pass through the host countries Customs and will be subject to their respective duties, for which you, as the customer, will be responsible.

Returns

We offer a hassle-free returns policy that allows our customers protection under the UK's Distance Buying Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns in their original condition with labels still attached, please let us know within 14 days of delivery. Please do not send items back to us outside of this 14 day window as they will be returned to you at your cost.

Please, and this is very important, do not send the item back if it has been worn or used in anyway. We can always tell and we will not accept the item back, and it will be returned to you at your cost.

To request a return please follow these steps:

Please email us on info@thirtysixstore.co.uk and advise us of the item you will be returning - please do not send items back without contacting us first.

We will issue you a returns number.

Package your item securely and include a copy of the original invoice or alternatively the order reference and your name and address. (If you do not include this information there could be a delay in your return being processed).

Please note, we will not cover the cost of you returning the item and responsibility remains with the buyer until we have received the item. Any items lost in the post on return will remain solely your responsibility.

After satisfactory inspection of your returned item we will issue you a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales vary depending on method of payment - please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to appear on your statement.

If you would like to exchange your item, please return the item for a refund and re-order through the site.
